THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING GARDEN
Grand Haven, MI – Gardeners love plants. And while most agree “the more plants the merrier,” the ever shrinking yard creates new challenges. Compared to other varieties Petit Bleu™ has loads of flower power. Its compact habit, shorter stems and the short distance between each flower results in an intense flower display from late-summer into fall when many other plants have lost their luster. It is easy to grow when planted in well drained soil. For the best flower display plant it in full sun. It is hardy from Michigan to Texas. Petit Bleu has remarkably glossy, dark green leaves (other varieties leaves are dull grey), and intense blue flowers. Blue flowers are a bit of a rarity in the garden especially in late summer.
