 OSO EASY    Cherry Pie    Rosa  ‘Meiboulka’ ppaf 

 

A tasty, new, Oso Easy rose that produces an abundance of bright, candied apple red flowers. The flowers are large and single, accentuated with bright yellow stamen.

Typical of all the Oso Easy roses the foliage is glossy and highly disease resistant. We’ve never sprayed this rose in production and it has never shown signs of black spot.

Hardiness:  USDA Zone 5

Bloom Time:  Continuous,  Early-Summer to Frost

Bloom Color:  Cherry red with golden stamen

Foliage Color:  Glossy green

 

 


Size:  2-4 feet

Exposure:  Full sun

Soil:  Moist well-drained, loose soil. 

Pruning: Prune in early spring, remove small weak branches, cut back to strong, greenish-white wood, prune to shape.

The kicker about the Oso Easy Rose series is that they are extremely disease resistance. Through out their stay with us they have never been sprayed and continue to have green glossy foliage. The foliage complements the bright flower color.
